Let's Light Up the Sky Fireworks Show

The water has finally started to recede, so we are able to reschedule the 2024 Fort Madison Independence Day Fireworks display for this Saturday night: July 27th with a launch time of approximately 9:30 pm.

The fireworks will be shot off from the far west end of Riverview Park, allowing the community to enjoy a wonderful display right on the mighty Mississippi. Also, a portion of Ave H will be closed to vehicular traffic during the show for spectators to have a great view so please watch for signage.

There will be a rain date, should we need it, for July 28th. This year marks the 16th year that Fort Madison Partners has coordinated the event.
