We all know someone who doesn’t wake up well. We know people who have meltdowns in the middle of the day for a variety of reasons. Heck, as a parent, this morning I should have applied this technique to my 6-year old.
A new study from Carnegie Mellon University has definitive proof that hugs make someone’s day. As a matter of fact, it shows that out of the 404 people who were studied over 14 days, the people in the study showed better overall attitude toward life and showed signs of better health for the long term.
