A young girl named Remy Merritt from Qulin, Missouri recently got lost in a cornfield for more than 12 hours.
She had gone missing one night with her little Yorkie, Fat Heath. It got dark soon and Remy was lost. The small town of Qulin started searching for the girl, but it was taking too long.
Soon 150 volunteers had gathered in that cornfield to search for Remy.
After about 12 hours, one of the search dogs was near their location and barking… a slight, ‘weak bark’ could be heard in response to the first bark.
Turns out, it was Fat Heath who was barking back. They rescuers were able to locate the dog and Remy, too. They got the help they needed and everything will be just fine.
