I was born in Ohio, but was raised in Texas, so I am a Midwest-Southern boy at heart.
I grew up in and around music and radio my whole life. Radio, pretty much, defines my life. Like my Grandfather, I have always known what I want to do, since I was 7 years old…and I couldn’t wait to do it. When I was a kid, shortly after I got my first radio, I wrote my favorite radio station and told them how they were doing it wrong. Unbeknownst to me, 25 years later, the manager of the station I wrote to would be the COO of the company for which I was working…he laughed when I told him about my letter. (whew, survived that awkward moment…LOL)
I am totally in love with Iowa and want to stay here for the rest of my life. So what am I into? Well….
