Wouldn`t it be great if there were a magic food that would make you look slimmer instantly? Well, that`s not possible yet, but there are foods that can make you look fatter! Here are 5 bloaty foods to avoid right before you put on your swimsuit:
Potato salad: It may be a summer staple, but it`s capable of doing major damage to your beach bod. It`s not just the calories, but the carbs and sodium, which cause bloating.
Chili (or any beans): Even low-fat veggie chili can hold more than 1,300 mg of sodium, which makes for major bloatage.
Chicken Caesar salad: One of highest-sodium meals out there! And some restaurant versions have more than 1,000 calories. Have a grilled chicken sandwich instead.
Steamed broccoli/cauliflower: Obviously, these are great for nutrition and weight loss, but not right before you put on your swimsuit. (They`re major bloaters!)
Pina colada: These, and other rich, fruity cocktails, can contain as much sugar and calories as 3 chocolate bars. Stick with light beer instead.

From CNN.com, here`s a list of what waiters/ waitresses hate:
- Campers - people who sit for a long time after paying. Waiters are not able to turn the table over for another customer.
- People who are not considerate of opening and closing times.
- Saying you know the owner, walk in off the street without a reservation on a Saturday night and ask for the nicest table in the house.
- The worst question you can ask your server is, "what else do you do?"
- Don`t order stuff that`s not on the menu. If you do, the chef isn`t cooking it. Paco is cooking it. Paco may be able to do it quite well, or he might totally flub it.
- The worst couple to serve is the couple who have just had a fight before they come to the restaurant. They end up taking their problems out on the food.
- Don`t try to send your meal back if you`ve eaten half of it.
- Don`t be passive-aggressive with the check. Have your credit card or money sticking out the top.
- If your kids make a mess at the table, tip a little extra.
- When the menu say`s "no substitutions" don`t ask to substitue.
-Don`t call and ask wait staff to read the entire menu over the phone
-Don`t drink all of your drink, then shake your ice at the server
-Don`t use your cell phone while server is waiting to take your order
-If 2 of you are dining there, make sure you`re both at the table before ordering
-Have a good attitude and don`t be grouchy. Be happy someone is serving you.
-Don`t hide the tip. Servers don`t have the time to search for the tip or untie it from a straw
-It`s nice to make compliments to the server. They`re busting their butt to do a good job.
