"Living with Alzheimer's and Dementia"

"Living with Alzheimer's and Dementia" program will be held on December 10th, which many care partners, professional staff, and individuals in the early stages of the disease will want to attend. There is a minimal donation and lunch is included. 
The workshop features several individual speakers on a variety of topics that many will find helpful as they partner in care with a loved one. You can find the flyer, agenda, presenter topics, and map to the location at the library all available here. 
Please feel free to share this information with anyone who may be interested. Seating is limited and registration is required via online or by calling 1.800.272.3900 to register by phone. This program has been approved for 6.0 contact CEUs for professional staff.  
Lunch is provided by Bickford of Burlington and there will be several resources available from the presenters.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for cancellation less than 2 days prior to an event. Individuals who pre-register for an event and do not cancel their registration or show for the class will still be charged the full course fee.
