Keokuk Zombie Walk: Apocalypse 2012 on Friday, October 19

Southeastern Community College Keokuk campus Drama Club will host Keokuk’s Second Annual Zombie Walk: Apocalypse 2012 on Friday, October 19.

The walk will begin at River City Mall in downtown Keokuk. The walk starts at 6:00pm. Registration for the contest and a demonstration will start at 5:30pm.

Participants are encouraged to take in a demonstration of all things zombie, including horde shambling, moaning, lurching and even indulge in a free blood splattering.

Prizes awarded to youth, group, and individual as well as a $100 grand prize for Best Overall Zombie. The event is free and open to the public. Donations and sponsorships are welcome.
