Classic cars will line the Centennial Ball Park Friday as the Livestrong Co-ed Softball tournament begins on the ball diamond. 

 A band from  7 to 11 p.m. -- the Blue Steel Band" in Centennial Ball Park.

In between the ball game and blues, families will have the option to join the Family Bike Scavenger Ride/Walk, which begins at 5:30 p.m. in Cartwright Park. Helmets are required for the ride, and there will be a prize -- a free family swimming pool pass -- for those with the keenest eyes.



The Methodist Praise Band will hit the Main Stage in the park  from 7 to 11 p.m.

Saturday 8/25

Parade at 10 a.m.,

After the parade, people will head to the park for food and inflatables, available throughout the day.



 Cartwright Park....Home-Run Derby contest starts at noon.

Children's bike races, for those age 3 to 12, are at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Mediapolis Aquatic Center parking lot. Prizes include a boy's bike, girl's bike and dozens of other items. Children also can partake in the petting zoo and frog jump contest in the park.

Adults will have a time of their own as well. A dance will begin at 7 p.m. on Main Street with United Groove Theory performing.

Fireworks will light up the town after dark.

Sunday, the softball tourney will be wrapping up on the ball diamonds
