Have you ever gone somewhere and came back with more than you expected? This is a little bit more than picking out a few extra items at the check out line…
Joe Otte goes to his local Burger King for breakfast every day. One day, however, he got more than just breakfast.
He says he saw they were remodeling the inside of the building, all of the old material, furniture, and everything else were sitting in a pile.
Joe was told he can take anything he saw interest in. So, he did! Which, it turns out, is virtually everything. He likes having it his way.
He got some friends together and they helped him pack up all of the old Burger King booths, chairs, and lights and everything else that was just going to be dumped into the garbage.
Joe counted about 40 or 50 lights, every booth in the store, about 40 kitchen chairs, and a bunch of other things.
My first reaction was that he was going to make his own makeshift Burger King in his backyard or basement, but it turns out he is going to sell and recycle the scrap.
Talk about a ‘to go’ order…
