we had a pot luck today for our Sales gal Rikki’s Birthday! I don’t like saurkraut and Reubens(only my Dad, Reuben!) but this Reuben dip is amaze. perfect for a holiday party or to snack on Thanksgiving afternoon.
1 block of cream cheese
1 can Frank’s sauerkraut drained
1 8 oz package of shredded swiss cheese
1/4 cup thousand island dressing
4 small packages of Carl Budding Corn Beef diced
mix in a crockpot for 1-2 hours on low!
serve it on rye bread or triscuits. I put it on fritos and veggies, it was yummy too!
