A Rockford, Ill. police officer, James Nachampassack, has only been on the job for one year. It’s been a trying year for him so far.
His main job at this point is transferring people have been arrested to the local jail. One ordinary morning around 5 a.m., he gets call from his girlfriend who casually said she is going into labor at that moment.
Jason quickly drove home and he could hear his girlfriend screaming in pain from outside the house. He said he though the baby was coming out right then and there.
Thankfully, they did have time. Not much though. It was about a 20 minute drive to the hospital and the baby was on it’s way en route to the hospital. Jason parked the car and ran over to the passenger side. He said, “I put my hands out to catch him and as soon as I did that, she did all the work, and pushed him right on out.”
Now, THAT’S a man.
We Love This Story! Congratulations to our Rockford Illinois Police Department colleague, Officer James… https://t.co/ugEnftTANo
